I would have difficulty in suggesting any improvements that could be made by Mr Turk and the whole of his department. I have found all of the staff at Lancaster and Kendal to be professional, caring and efficient. I feel fortunate in having such excellent treatment over a period of some ten years. This, despite the funding and staffing problems exacerbated by politicians hell bent on privatisation. I rarely fill in these questionnaires - but make an exception in this case.

Urologist Mr Saifal Turk The consultation was very good he re-assured me as I' was very nervous and got very upset he held my hand and told me that he would look after me and not to worry. I' have every faith in this surgeon to do his best for me and feel that I' can trust him implicitly. The nurse was also so under standing. I' was looked after in every way possible. I' feel that Mr Saifal Turk would be a caring person with all patients. The NHS is very lucky to have him as a doctor.

I was seen by Mr Turk recently and was very impressed to see he had a full page of my past history .He treated me in a kind reassuring manner and I am greatly relieved to know he is personally taking over my treatment.Tests have been arranged speedily and I .have no hesitation in recommending this Consultant .
